      Avantages

      Being among people in recovery is a beautiful thing.. to be able to impact even one person is rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      No training, no policies or procedures in place, management is egocentric and unwilling to make the changes necessary for a healthier recovery environment. Daily chaos among most team members creates an environment not supportive of recovery. No consistency, and unwilling CEO who consistently puts his personality above principles.

      Avantages

      We are a family. We rely on each other, communicate efficiently, and act as a team. If you want to learn what you're truly made of and if you're seeking purposeful work, this is the place. We are incredibly privileged to be able to serve those struggling with addiction and look forward to adding new members to our family.

      Inconvénients

      Working at BRMRC is not for the faint of heart. You will be challenged mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The growth will be uncomfortable and the work is fast-paced. No journey worth taking is easy.

      Avantages

      Beautiful facility and wonderful atmosphere to work with clients in a safe space.

      Inconvénients

      Unsupportive team that does not offer appropriate resources or a "safe space" for marginalized populations (including the staff).
