Pay was cut for drivers and warehouseman. Cost of health and welfare went up 28%. Equipment is getting older and not being replaced. The current warehouse location system is inadequate. The recent merger has created issues of favoritism between new management and BlueLinx legacy employees. No one came to the boots on the ground people and ask what ideas they may have to help the merger along. It all happened to fast and created a disaster. Here it is take it or leave it. Well a lot of good people are leaving and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. The new company doesn't ask people who know or don't bother to implement their ideas. Stubborn upper management They want everyone to change their way of operating except themselves .
