The opportunities that are given to you are great and you can learn a lot from senior people in the company, who treat you as equals and are involved in your personal growth.
Inconvénients
The company is growing really fast and senior management is looking into different ways to expand - this happens really strategically but sometimes smaller tasks are overlooked. This does not have a direct impact on your daily work life and I do not experience it as a problem, but when these gaps are filled the company will run more smoothly.
