      Avantages

      Amazing apprentice manager. Interesting clients.

      Inconvénients

      Aggressive culture where other engineers will take your ticket and claim the statistics of closing it. All performance statistic based. As soon as your apprenticeship ends they will sack you. Nobody stays more than a year. Clear racism and sexism from senior staff.

      Avantages

      They give chances to those that are new in tech and encourage learning. The people at the company are welcoming and all about achieving high standards as a collective. The managers are encouraging and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      There aren’t really any cons that are worth mentioning. You’re expected to work hard and smart and if you do that you’re good!
