Avantages
Worked with insanely smart and supportive teams. The team I was a part of, in particular, was incredibly supportive and was an integral part of my learning. Autonomy actually existed within our team. What I appreciated, most, was the willingness of any member of any given team to jump in whenever needed.
Inconvénients
I've had a really difficult time resolving the company's integrity, as a whole. While the individual teams were amazing to work with, I could never trust the direction of the company. One would never know when the next round of layoff's were (usually right around the corner - even though they would try to assure us otherwise.) I've also seen how the company slowly veered towards a path of micromanagement and felt an underlined tone of tension/aggressiveness.
