Avantages
The only pro is that you understand how fake and toxic companies are so that you don’t make the same mistake again.
Inconvénients
1. They give sudden paycuts. Which are as high as 75% 50% 25% just a day before payday. 2. They give you additional tasks along with your current targets and do not mention that in your offer letters or experience letters. Also they say you will get incentives for additional tasks but that is not the scenario. 3. They never give you the amount of salary in hand promised. They cut professional tax from your in hand salary which again is wrong. 4. The management May use harsh language sometimes which may bother you. 5. Impartial lead distribution. 6. The target and lead flow is incorrect. 7. They hire and fire every month. So no job security. 8. When you leave the company you will have to make sure you get all the documents by your side because they don’t give it on their own. 9. They make new rules everyday so it’s hard to cop up. 10. The sales training model is not proper. 11. They’ll say they will give you 7ctc but nobody is getting that much the highest Ctc is 5 and that is also post increment. They only give 2.5-3.5ctc in the beginning and no guarantee on being permanent or getting a raise. 12. They make you work 7 days of week. No holidays in a week according to management’s concern. 13. They expect you to work 11-12 hours a day and if you don’t, then you may face a lot of trouble.
