      Avantages

      Good benefits People are great to work for and with. My bosses back my decision. I'm sure if they were bad ones they may not have. But I felt support.

      Inconvénients

      There needs to be some reward, nothing big. Hats maybe. To people performing safely in a rhubarb basis.
