It's All Smoke and Mirrors - Avis employé Client Service Representative Boostability

I worked for this company for almost 8 years. I wasn't looking to move up the company ladder, so the low pay didn't really bug me. (And the pay REALLY is awful and WAY below industry standard.) I lasted that long because I thought the people around me cared about me. I thought I had built some good friendships. But that isn't the case at all. I was just another little worker bee that was expected to do a crap ton of work for very little compensation, and very little recognition. You cannot have a "bad"day. You always have to be smiling and happy to show up to a place that doesn't really care about you unless you're part of the LGBQT++++ community. This company has gone woke, and they believe in bending over backwards to appease the woke ideology. If you have half a brain, stay away from this company!!
