* Focus on productivity has led to a lot of micromanagement * Lots of layoffs in the last couple of years and partners leaving left and right. At the rate things are going, I'm not sure if I'd be surprised if the company goes out of business in the next 5 years. * Most of the lower-level in-house career advancement positions have been dissolved. * AI and foreign contractors took a lot of jobs in the last year. * The pay is not good. They also haven't done a 401(k) match since before covid.
