Booth & Partners was once known for caring about its people and standing apart from traditional BPOs—but that’s no longer the case. How can one department receive increases while others are left waiting indefinitely? Talented people have left not because they wanted to—but because they had to. Employees don’t work here for fun; they work to make a living and deserve respect and fair compensation. If B&P wants to retain what's left of its good image and loyal workforce, it needs to listen, act, and restore the culture it once proudly stood for.
