      Avantages

      independent, base pay was once excellent

      Inconvénients

      do not have the instructors back when dealing with students, more concerned about the bottom line, do not supply the appropriate equipment for lecturing and skills lab, students complained that they were led to believe one thing and then they found out differently

      Avantages

      Work independently. Decent pay. Great second job (most classes are in the evenings two days a week or on a Saturday).

      Inconvénients

      Long hours at home that are unpaid. Hard to get full-time hours (if not impossible; I think the company does not want to pay benefits). The school is under new ownership which seems determined to put out a lower quality student. After years of loyal service, the company decided to substantially decrease everyone's pay.
