Inconvénients
Very immature leadership. They were hiring like crazy shortly before laying off over 35% of their employees. Nobody saw it coming except the exec team, who apparently didn't mind firing 35% of their employees if things go wrong, especially the new joiners.
Transparency is definitely not one of their values.
