None. They will screw over their customers and their people.
Inconvénients
The pitch was to "increase revenue with no headache for the customer". Then humor me--why are we sending our customers to collections, preying on small businessowners who have no business operating our machine? All this is to install one machine out of "100 per month" that the CEO set with no reflection of market demand--pulled out of thin air. Whenever something goes wrong with the machine (of which there are many) and causes flooding, lost revenue, etc, management's playbook is to blame "operator error" or "employees stealing drinks" for all their woes while sucking out every last morsel or profit. Middle management class is too incompetent, too ignorant, or too disenfranchised to do anything about this. Whenever something goes wrong the blame falls on sales or the customer, never on the systemic problems the company experiences as those problems slowly tear the company apart. They will pull all sorts of accounting tricks, pushing over their customers and their salespeople just so they can save face because they are too afraid to stand up to leadership.
