      Avantages

      Wonderful colleagues, easy going and flexible schedules, location is very close to many forms of public transport.

      Inconvénients

      Continually cutting costs in the workforce is causing admin workflow to be slower and more inefficient. Staff have to cover work in other areas that is not originally part of their duties.

      Everyone understands that teaching is a hard job, so try to be nice to each other.

      Inconvénients

      It's hard to get the proper training, and you have to learn as you go, but everything else is good.
