They managed to hire some of the nicest and most dedicated people in their early years! Real team players.
Inconvénients
All of the hype you hear is a load of bull. The environment has grown 100% toxic and teamwork has all but disappeared - it's a very toxic place to be. Instead of providing better benefits, market value salaries or a fair working environment, they do PR stunts to make it seem like they really care for their employees (weddings, college tuitions that barely anyone can utilize). It would be amazing if they took care of their employees instead of buying into their own hype. They'll overwork you and tell you it's just part of start up life. You will be happier elsewhere!
