Upper management is so rude and talk down on everyone a lot. You can be told for 2 years straight that your skills aren't up to par yet and be stuck making bottom of the barrel money with no salary increase...FOR 2 YEARS! HOW? do you expect to see anyone survive meanwhile CEO,CFO, CMO, etc making big bucks and we don't see a dime of increase for all of the hard work we put in? That whole spiel about oh we will pay for your wedding was a fabricated story and so false. They do not pay for anything and as the years went on the rules of that kept changing...OH! pay for everything, now its $1k for 1 year of service to virtually nothing. Whole company hires big names and people but they really don't do anything to help the company motivate and be better.
