fair commission - in accordance with the watch industry corporate doesn't know what they're doing as far as filling open positions - they will go outside hires with little to no experience in the watch industry or even luxury retail instead of promoting from within employees who work extremely hard to prove their worth and abilities and are actively trying to grow within the company little to no concern for current store level employees

corporate doesn't know what they're doing as far as filling open positions - they will go with outside hires with little to no experience in the watch industry or even luxury retail, instead of promoting from within the employees who work extremely hard to prove their worth and abilities and are actively trying to grow within the company little to no concern for current store level employees archaic CRM and inventory programs - very difficult to work efficiently
