      Avantages

      Great team despite being mostly remote. Lovely culture and colleagues. And they are the only agency that has the guts to fire clients if they treat us badly. Mad respect

      Inconvénients

      Wish we can do more lunches and dinners with colleagues!

      Remote role, good mix of clients and workload. Good usage of AI too, good challenge

      No year end office party for 2025, not enough company bonding events

      Avantages

      Been here for 3.5 years already. Brew today is totally different from when I first joined. It's nice to see that management is always open to listening and growing

      Some clients are really nasty
