      Avantages

      I was really excited about the prospects for this company when I joined. Smart, talented people working on tech-forward technology.

      Inconvénients

      Bright is a young startup and has not hired well. There is too much senior leadership for such a small company, with too much ego. We started out as a platform company, only to take a hard pivot months later. Tons of work for nothing. Now they are just a basic IoT chop shop. Nothing to see here, I'd move along.

      Avantages

      The mission is really fantastic from the top down. It is really fun to be apart of a team that combines the new world of AI and IoT, with infrastructure that has been around for hundreds of years. It is really cool to actually see the impact we are making with our own eyes. Benefits and compensation and strong and it is clear that the leadership cares about the employees.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing comes to mind, it has been fantastic thus far.
