Instead of taking immediate responsibility and making the process simple for me, the company made the reimbursement process unnecessarily complicated. As an employee who was simply doing my job, I expected better support and accountability from my employer. I would caution others to think carefully before working with this company, as they do not adequately protect or support their drivers when incidents occur on the job
