I work as a driver for Buckled.In and during one of my drop-offs, a student deliberately threw my personal phone out of the car window, causing significant damage. Instead of taking immediate responsibility and making the process simple for me, the company made the reimbursement process unnecessarily complicated. As an employee who was simply doing my job, I expected better support and accountability from my employer. I would caution others to think carefully before working with this company, as they do not adequately protect or support their drivers when incidents occur on the job
