      Avantages

      Ability to expand outside of job description and try new things. Never worked more than 42 hours a week.

      Inconvénients

      Huge structural problems: leadership is done remotely and is very traditional. Does not work well for a startup. It stifles company culture, mission/values, and ability to pivot. Leadership seems to not care about employees.

      Honestly there arent any well some of thwy guys you work with are nice people

      Horrible communication sub par products and upper management has their head where the sun Don't shine
