Avantages
Hands down the people are what makes this company great. Top down everyone is down to earth, dedicated to their craft, and ready to lend a helping hand to a team member in need. Leadership is also excellent. They are working on a lot of initiatives to grow and enhance the company and they involve the team by providing routine updates on progress and looping in team members and incorporating feedback. My own job experience has both interesting and challenging as there is always something new to tackle each year.
Inconvénients
Bandwidth used to be a concern for me but since leadership introduced OKRs, deciding on what should be prioritized versus what can be deferred has been a smoother experience. Now that we are 99% remote, it will be nice to see more team events (worked in around the covid waves).
