      Avantages

      Love working with the people there! Everyone is very respectful of each other and are open to fresh ideas. Work hours are also flexible as long as work is done. All in all, I think environment is a great place for creative endeavours.

      Inconvénients

      Long working hours. Due to the nature of the industry, busy periods are usually when most people are free (weekends/night time).

      Avantages

      wfh 4 days a week if youd'd like how hard you work = how much youre getting paid dont need to do site work if youre a designer, there's project managers

      Inconvénients

      if youre starting a family, dont come very low basic of 3 digits + coms grinding sales is important directors like to change the contracts of payment schemes internally
