      Avantages

      Divisional managers engaged with their staff and each other. They collaborate with each other and see the value of others' experiences.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is very prescriptive. Decisions are always second guessed or over ridden creating the inability for managers to make decisions and be effective in their roles. Salaries are below market.

      Avantages

      Family oriented. Flexible with schedule if a family situations pop up. No helicopter managers mentality.

      Inconvénients

      Computer sales- inventory program can take awhile to get used to.

      Avantages

      Friendly customers and conditions workers.

      Inconvénients

      The upper management needs to be restructured. Their ideas and Concepts do not work. They have taken away most of the perks of the company and how it used to be. I would not recommend working there. Unless they come Under New Management.
