Avantages
This is an easy job to get into even with minimal experience in this field. It has moments of paying well, though in lower positions the commission is entirely out of your control.
Inconvénients
Management structure could use major improvement. It seems like the less you do/know how to do, the more money you make and the faster you get promoted. They promise futures of promotions and bigger money opportunities only to hold you stagnant in a position for years on end. Management is clueless on professionalism and helping you to excel in your role.
