The CEO is welcoming, approachable, and genuinely likable, which sets the tone for the organization. The culture feels budding and earnest, with a real effort to build something meaningful and collaborative. People are warm and friendly, and the business as a whole is family-friendly and inclusive.

As the culture continues to develop, some processes and programs still need to mature—especially around daily operating systems and the tech stack. Overall, though, this is probably the fewest red flags I’ve seen with any employer so far.
