Avantages

Everyone is really great. Like really great. They're helpful and want to do their best by their customers and their peers. People trust you to get your work done, and I'm learning on the job constantly. Never bored. I feel like I'm getting amazing work experience while also loving the people I have to spend 40 hrs a week with. Also, Helen is a force to be reckoned with. We had to do a restructuring/some layoffs recently, which was hard, but putting Helen in as CEO was an excellent call made by all. I feel very optimistic right now

Inconvénients

Private equity owned means a certain level of red tape and approval processes (but senior leadership does a good job of protecting us from that). CRE is a hard industry to be in right now, but the product is sticky so it helps knowing that our customers need us

Wow, your review just made our day! We're thrilled to hear that you're having such a fantastic experience with your teammates and enjoying the work environment. It’s awesome that you’re never bored and constantly learning – that’s exactly what we aim for! Helen truly is a force to be reckoned with, and we’re so glad you feel optimistic about the future with her as our CEO. Navigating restructuring and layoffs is never easy, but having strong leadership makes all the difference. Thanks for sharing the love! We’re so happy to have you as part of the Buildout team.

Avantages

Amazing people - everyone is helpful and supportive. Decent benefits. Fully remote. Great work/life balance.

Inconvénients

The only bad thing about working at Buildout is that the compensation is on the lower side. Everything else is pretty close to perfect.
