      BCS is an extremely positive environment to work in. The staff is nothing but supportive and fosters professional development and growth from within. With changing priorities and a fast-paced environment, the staff at BCS handles new projects and challenges with ease. BCS won Agency of the Year through the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, and it is well deserved due to excellent customer service, staff development, and knowledge of the workforce development system.
