Inconvénients
The hours are difficult, especially when my husband gets off just as late as me. So we both get home dog tired, not wanting to stay up to cook dinner. Additionally, I was told I would make $17/hr, but upon starting I am actually making less than what was originally agreed upon. My “pay raise” from one position to another is not at all noticeable because I was making $15/hr plus overtime and now I have a flat rate of $700/week with no overtime but I’m working over 40hrs/week. So it all evens out to about the same. Additionally, the sales people ask me to do portions of their sales process for them when they don’t want to split deals with other sales people because I don’t get any kind of split or commission with them.
