      Avantages

      I have had a great time learning under the supervisors in Bytesplex. This was my first Internship. The supervisors were very calm and supportive, they provided their help whenever asked for. They had us meetings arranged and explained the work and also helped us solve our issues. Also, there was a great deal of support from the Intern manager, they never tried to pressurize us over not meeting deadlines and reached to us whenever we faced any problem. Overall, It was a great experience working here and learning quite interesting things in my field of interest.

      Inconvénients

      Avantages

      A very cooperative and friendly work environment. There is a regular and efficient tracking of work progress. If I am facing any issues or blocks in proceeding further, the mentors come forward to provide a solution. You can talk to your mentor about stuff even outside work and how you can learn new technologies. They will truly help you without any hidden motives.

      Inconvénients

      As for interns, the stipend does seem a bit low considering that at times more than 6 hours a day is dedicated towards work.

      Avantages

      I think this is the place where every student or tech person should come to enhance his/her skills. 1. Direct mentorship on particular topics 2. Availability of mentors and HR to connect is at its highest level 3. New challenging tasks every time with some brainstorming sessions. 4. Code reviews 5. Document exploration and topic thesis. 6. Flexible timings and good co-operation. 7. Best work culture 8. Proper guidance in all topics. 9. Understanding between employees related to their holidays and work

      Inconvénients

      1. Though team strength is low but helps to gain more knowledge
