Call Ahead is a complete failure when it comes to professionalism, leadership, and basic respect for workers. From top to bottom, this company is poorly managed and clearly prioritizes profit over safety, employees, and quality of service. The condition of their trucks and equipment is unacceptable. Many of them look like they’re being held together with tape and temporary fixes instead of proper maintenance. It’s only a matter of time before something serious happens. This level of neglect shows exactly how little they care about both their workers and the job itself. There is no real structure or accountability within the company. Communication is terrible, operations are disorganized, and management seems completely out of touch with what it takes to run a smooth and professional operation. Instead of improving conditions, they allow a chaotic and unhealthy work environment to continue. The office staff adds to the problem. There are constant issues with deliveries, miscommunication, and a lack of coordination. It’s clear that proper training and leadership are missing. Overall, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone—whether you’re looking for employment or services. If you value safety, respect, and professionalism, you’re better off staying far away.
