Great company - Avis employé Department Head CEROS

Most of the posts here ripping the company apart are from employees who were truly taken care of upon being laid off (which really doesn't make sense) or were from employees who were let go for real performance issues. Ceros isn't perfect, but most tech companies have gone through every pain and struggle Ceros has, and Ceros has handled it better than most.
