Inconvénients
Sudden urgent timelines that can come in all directions and different projects. Abruptly change in direction due to global mishap in planning. Rework and patch work cause unnecessary overtime. Some bosses are heard screaming in their office even with closed doors. Unhealthy toxic culture.
