Avantages
You may get good money if you are able to create dependency, if you will not be able to create dependency you will be exploited....dont even expect increment. And trust me, you will not be allow to create any dependency because of couple of guys who are there from 10 years(and they are chamchas of management)
Inconvénients
Very bad working environment Company owner himself says..your increment depends of how many hours you sit after company time two worst project manager(neither of them understands what is project management) They just think forwarding email and say yes ..yes to top management is project management. Too much partiality(as I mentioned above..couple of guys will not let you settle ,if you don't do their chamchagiri) If there is any 2-3 days holidays...a release is sure...they wont let you enjoy holiday
