      got to meet interesting people, got to smell gas and got paid

      Inconvénients

      got to meet mean people managers came and went sometimes hr would come and the managers tried to fix their issues within an hour

      Avantages

      The pay and health insurance benefits are pretty great.

      Inconvénients

      12 hour shifts on a swing schedule. Company likes to blame hourly workers for every issue when company doesn't want to put money into their facility. Most managers aren't competent, the more idiotic a person, the more likely they are to become a manager. Good managers exist but tend to move up quickly (they deserve to) and they're replaced by the idiotic "yes" men. Overtime is abundant so expect not to get your days off.
