Avantages
Stable company and good people to work with at your same level. Good office around a lot of restaurants. Pay is average, but no complaints as the work isn't hard.
Inconvénients
The company went to work from home only 1 day a week post COVID. They should of just eliminated this entirely as it's behind the norm in Dallas and isn't enough. Most companies are doing 2-3 at a minimum, so I would expect CMC to lose employees over the next few months as the younger crowd gets jobs offers as more and more go to more days work from home or entire remote positions. We don't want "balloons" walking back into the office, we want more work from home days. Most are afraid to tell their managers this as they are so old school, but it was way more efficient working from home.
