      Good Company to learn as there are no restrictions on learning outside profile or domain. Employee Oriented. Have not seen people getting fired during low performance year.

      Inconvénients

      Salary hike is comparatively less.

      Avantages

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
