      Avantages

      Competitive pay, small company so direct access to management and ownership. Ability to do campaign work without the crazy campaign lifestyle. Very stable respected company in the field. Opportunities to grow in the company or transfer to other political organizations. Great way to get in on the ground floor of a big campaign or new administration.

      Inconvénients

      The office is in Tysons Corner and getting to DC can be tough with traffic. The hours can be long during busy season.

      Avantages

      Nice coworkers, able to space out doing repetitive tasks and make the hours fly by, relatively good pay. I enjoyed the early work hours--done by 3:30pm every day.

      Inconvénients

      Very strict hours, short lunch. Tough on quotas. Feels kind of like being in high school. Can get boring. Accidentally helped elect a literal circus clown to my nation's highest office. Regret doing my job well.
