      Avantages

      Some of the staff were friendly and supportive, free fruit and tea and coffee also during the week, which does help when you can't afford to buy food because the pay is so poor

      Inconvénients

      Management, I can't stress this enough.. Staff leave poor management, CMS-can't manage staff. It is shocking what staff are subjected to by managers who should have moved on a long time ago. If you are considering a move to this company, just don't. There is a lot better out there. Loadload is unbearable at times, and staying on a late is not spoken of, but expected. You start on a salary that is minimum wage, paid monthly, with a bonus(not as much as you might be expecting!) if you pass your objectives...

      Avantages

      CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

      Inconvénients

      Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
