      Avantages

      Salary. That's about all I can say but if you are walked to the door, then there's that.

      Inconvénients

      They force you to sign a letter saying they can fire you at will, which is generally understand anywhere. If you don't follow their non existent training and cant keep up you will be fired with no notice!!!! Trust me. Steer clear of these people. Do not and I mean do not consider a position in Virginia. Your training consists of phone calls in the afternoon to a person in the UK and you are at their will. It is a horrible environment. Document is incorrect and you are expected to fix it as you train. if you like unrealistic stress and no personal life, this is the place for you.

      Avantages

      Pay rate is above average, and if you're local the commute is ok. The business is in a very limited market, so its job security is assured if you can 'Hack it' to quote our CEO.

      Inconvénients

      Stress is off the charts as unreasonable demands flow through this business. I don't entirely know how we stay in business, as the stack of unfinished work increases, and resources are stretched thinner and thinner. The offices are awful, and benefits are non existent. No one at the company knows how the whole product works entirely, and in engineering our key knowledge holders have all moved on, so we're often stuck trying to find a needle in a haystack when a problem arises.
