      Avantages

      The salary was commensurate with my knowledge, skills, and abilities (however, none was utilized, because of narcissism). The benefits were awful.

      Inconvénients

      NEPOTISM!Total condescending orientation towards employees, withhold information and offer no real career support; they DON'T have a care about you and subject you to unnecessary grief and confusion. They try to manipulate you into thinking that you are the problem. Promises are made to employees to appease them for the short-term and pipe dreams are sold regarding growth and opportunity. During my tenure there, two people were let go (no warning), then three people were hired and let go (no warning). I REFUSE TO EVEN USE THIS COMPANY ON MY RESUME!!! IF, I could choose a negative rating, I WOULD!

      Avantages

      Fantastic Company to work for, the senior leadership, although far away, stays in touch consistently, very competitive pay, wonderful team.

      Inconvénients

      The annual employee assessment should be more of an individual questionnaire, rather than a blanket assessment, as a one-size-fits-all.

      Avantages

      - This is a good entry level position. You get to explore assignments such as bills and invoices. - The coworkers are really nice. I enjoy having the conversations. - The work schedule is not tedious. I work from 9 to 5, on my work days.

      Inconvénients

      - The salary or wage may not be as high as expected. - The assignments are repetitive and people may move on in the future. This may not be an ideal long-term job. - Initially, it can be hard to grow, especially if people may not have a lot of opportunities. The manager is actually busy.
