      Avantages

      They stand by their word! They are supportive of their leaders and teachers. They seek the best for students and they have an excellent system of accountability.

      Inconvénients

      I wish they would house special education ancillary staff to disseminate to various different schools versus each school having its own ancillary staff. Outside of my wish, I have not found a better group of people and company to work for. They hands down has been the best.

      Hands on training and company has great atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Since it is a smaller team many things can become hectic during peak busy season.

      Friendly work environment. Everyone is ready to help and encourage

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay their employees enough. Turnover would go down if teachers were happy
