      Horrible sochiopatyc managers,making worst desisions then blaming other people for them.They talk to customers to resolve issues then after call flashing a middle finger to the screen.

      Work life Balance, Growth plan, Weekly 1-1 with managers to gauge progress and any areas of support needed

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication when directives are given or follow through. Some directives change without communication being given down the chain.
