Inconvénients
Poor salary vs market. Lot of marketing vs actual work promotes subpar quality. Workers that never faced real industries make basic design mistakes even after many years. Managers technically incapable, lead to chaos in engineering. Not good for a first experience, it would not give a real representation of what real work is. Everything is self organized with no direction. Slow processes that kills innovation and promotes "stealing" research from other institutions to cut corners. They force irreplaceable experienced engineers and heads of engineering to retirement to hire more common average replaceable people to reduce vulnerability, therefore knowledge is lost and chaos is kept. Not a research center worth of its repuration.
