      Management, have to kiss @$$ to move up, raises are based off whether management is your "bestie, hours are not consistent, weekend monthly mandatory meetings, childish coworkers, drama, childish management, no help from higher ups, no support, no real work life balance, pay is sub par

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Inconvénients

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
