      Great Benefits, Ability for advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Constant change without notice. No work/life balance. Centers are micromanaged from Regional Directors who are not in the centers and try to incorporate "One Size Fits All" processes to all centers, which does not work out well.

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Inconvénients

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
