The CEO needs to GO - Avis employé Manager CSR Limited

DO NOT WORK HERE at the moment. Read all the reviews since early 2020. This is when the new CEO - J Coates started. She has changed the culture 180 degrees. Employees are not valued, all the decent people have either been made redundant, fired or left. The results will get worse, the share price will go down and the CEO and board will get more desperate……and it’ll never be their fault…….they will blame the employees. If you don’t believe me, by all means stay or accept a job at CSR. You can’t say you haven’t been warned!
