      Avantages

      Paid about average for the work, good management. Friendly atmosphere easy to get along with co-workers. good steady part-time work

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for promotion or further roles, after initial training there was no longer any assistance. more training could have been provided lack of benefits

      Avantages

      Standard work hours that don't sprawl into 50+ hour work weeks, no need to be exemplary at role you're tasked with.

      Inconvénients

      Decisions are politically and personality minded more often than based on most effective course of action, as well as very tenacious defense of fiefdom control, so you must be adept at avoiding stepping on people's toes as opposed to being adept at contributing solid, progressive work
