Lack of consistent management micro management with some no room for growth/promotion

Amazing hard working colleagues who believe passionately in making a difference in Young Peoples lives very dedicated but so undervalued by management

Having worked for Connexions on the early days and CSW several times it’s a shame it became so hierarchical with a lot of micro management and arrogance with certain managers Staff are so experienced creative and so dedicated yet are hardly listened to as Managers decide on everything which is a shame as the service would be so much better if the staff could make more decisions and be a bigger part of making changes within the service
